Home Schooling Dog Training
Our in home dog training programs are perfect for those of you who don't want to be away from their pets for any length of time and/or want to take a more pro-active approach to the dog training.
If this is you then let us come to you!
Our in home dog training programs include three levels of learning for your dog. We will come to your home once or twice a week as agreed upon for 5, 10 or 15 in home dog training sessions. Your dog is with you after every dog training session. At the end of each dog training classs, you will be given a ‘homework’ lesson, so you can effectively and easily apply the results of the dog training in your usual environment. Choose from the following levels of Schooling:

Teacher's Pet:For those who have the time and desire to practice at home dog training and looking to take a hands on approach to the dog training. For 10 dog training sessions, we will come to your home and work with you, your dog and any one else that your pet may have to listen to. Your dog will have 1 to 2 obedience training sessions per week. You continue to practice the lessons at home, dailey. Commands your dog will be able to perform as long as you do your homework and practice:
- Walk politely on leash (‘Let’s Go!’)
- ‘Sit’ – at owners side, or other places directed
- ‘Building on Come’ – from 20’
- Stop Jumping
- ‘Wait’ – at doors and stairs
- Automatically ‘Sit’ when you stop
- ‘Place’ (stay in his ‘spot’)
- ‘Stay’ with distractions & longer periods of time
You also get:
- One, ‘homework/home study’ lesson at your home
- Written handout instructions
- 3 weeks of unlimited phone and/or e-mail dog
training support

This 15 dog training session option (based on your dog and your dog training goals*) is for people who want a pet that wows their neighbors with the level of dog training education your dog has received. We teach you how to teach your dog, giving you the right amount of knowledge to relay the perfect obedience lessons at home when the trainer isn't there with you. Your dog will have increased manners and confidence, and will know what to do with them! Fifteen sessions, 1-2 times per week will include the following provided you do your homework:
- Walking politely on leash
- Sit – at owners side, or other place as directed
- Come – from 20’
- No Jumping
- Relax/Chill!
- Wait – at doors, stairs, before exiting the car
- Automatic Sit
- Place (stay in your ‘spot’ until I tell you)
- Stay - with distractions & longer periods of time
- Sit – to ‘front’ when called to Come
- Kennel/Crate
- Down
- *Other commands as agreed upon

- One lesson in a public setting of your choice (if requested)
